Tristan Steichen

Tristan has more than 25 years of experience providing global environmental, health, safety, and sustainability services to multinational organizations.

He collaborates with global consumer product and industrial manufacturing companies and other partners to address the practicalities of circular economy strategy and implementation.  He has been involved and participated in thought-leading organizations and coalitions, including the Ellen MacArthur Foundation’s CE100 Program, the United Nations Environmental Program’s Industry Response Panel, and the Healthcare Plastics Recycling Council (HPRC). 

Tristan serves as the Chairman of the Governance Board and Strategic Advisory Committee for the REMADE Institute. He is also the Executive Director for the National Lubricant Container Recycling Coalition (NLCRC), an industry-based technical coalition for the recovery and recycling of lubricant containers.

Tristan has co-authored several circular economy-related publications, including: “Modularity in ICT” (October 2016) and “Water and the Circular Economy” (October 2018).
